You know how people give names to those important to them? That's what I'm trying to do but my name game is really bad so I will need your help😊
Happy New Year to you and yours from me, Christine of So Christine. It feels like I haven't done this in a while! Oh yeah!! It's been 5 months. My default favourite phrase for my blog last year was, 'Pardon my inconsistency' This year though, the plan is to keep the posts coming even if they are late! Like this one.
That aside, I know it's been barely 3 weeks but how has it been? How has your year started? Do you feel energetic and excited? Have you written down the things you want to achieve this year? Have you broken them down into smaller actions that'll make it possible to achieve your big plans? Did you identify things you'd like to carry forward from last year and those to leave behind? If you weren't able to get all the things on your last year's resolutions done, have you identified what might have been responsible for that and then planned to deal with each accordingly so they don't get in your way this year?
I feel like my year begins on my birthday which is towards the end of November so I mostly audit my year then but I tend to write my resolutions at the beginning of the calendar year, like most people. My year started off well. I was particularly excited about starting my internship with an amazing organization that I will let you in on in a future post. I feel grateful for life, good health, family and all the good things coming my way. I also feel really thankful for this platform that allows me to interact with you. I hope you are as excited as I am about having a great year together full of growth, laughter, storytelling and prosperity. Oh! and I am learning Spanish so expect a little Español here and there!
